Ingredients: -1 batch of whole wheat dough -2 cups of shredded coconut -1 ½ cups of raisins -4 tbsp of ground cinnamon -2 tbsp of brown sugar Directions: -Roll out dough on a cutting board until it is flat and forms a large rectangular shape. -Carefully transfer dough onto a lightly oiled baking sheet. -Spread 1 tbsp of vegetable oil over the top of the dough, ensuring that the entire surface is moist. -Top dough with half of the cinnamon, then half of the coconut, and lastly all of the raisins. -Add another layer of the remaining coconut, and then sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon. -Carefully roll one short end toward the other (right to left), creating a spiral effect. Be careful not to let the fillings fall out as you roll the bread. -Seal the ends, sides, and any other open spaces so that the fillings are completely insulated and nothing is exposed. -Sprinkle the brown sugar all over the top of the bread roll. -Bake at 200C for 45 minutes. Remove from oven, cool for 10 minutes, and enjoy this amazing vegan treat!
