Ingredients: -2 cups of flour -1 tsp baking powder -1 tsp salt -2/3 cup of cocoa powder -½ cup of cooking oil -1 cup of brown sugar -1 tsp. of vanilla extract -1 cup coconut milk/almond milk, or any milk of your choice -2 cups shredded coconut
Directions: -Whisk flour, salt, baking powder, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla extract and oil in a large mixing bowl. -Add in coconut milk and 1 ½ cups shredded coconut. Mix well. -Spread mixture evenly into a small baking pan. Top with remaining coconut. -Bake at 200c for 20 minutes.
